The club is always happy to register new members, providing the following enhancements:

The site should run correctly on Internet Explorer (v5 or better), Netscape (v5 or better) or Opera (v6 or better). It can be viewed at 800x600, but the fonts and layouts were balanced for 1024x768 or larger. In order to use the interactive features of the site, 'cookies' must be enabled on your browser.
If any problems do occur (perhaps I should say when!) please email Hampton Safari Owners Club

Site History & Aims

  • This site was launched in October 2004 in an effort to provide a useful on-line information resource for all people interested in Hampton Boats, (whether they currently own one or not).
  • Specialist interests sites such as this can be difficult to start as they won't attract regular visitors unless they contain sufficient relevant content, which is best collated from individual owners with practical experience to share.
  • In order to do this, the site is mostly interactive, with visitors being able to post (and reply to) forum messages, marketplace adverts, and a database of boat performance data. (engines/props/speeds etc.)
  • Everyone who has tried to research specific boats to purchase, upgrade or repair, should find such a shared knowledge base invaluable.

Guest user postings will be 'moderated', which means that each item will be quickly given a cursory check by the editor before it becomes visible on the site. (We apologise for this unfortunate, but necessary step for 'open' user input sites to prevent 'Graffiti' from a (thankfully) minority group of Internet users.)

If you wish to join today, please complete and submit the User Registration Form on the members page.
